Would definitely recommend coming here! I previously went to the Honda in New Rochelle and had the worst experience there so I was iffy on going back to a Honda dealership. I didn’t have an appointment, as soon as i walked in was greeted by Milly. She was so nice and welcoming - we told her what we were looking for and what our budget was. Immediately she got us a car within our budget. I did not feel pressured at all by her and she went at our pace, let me and my partner have our space to decide and discuss. I’m a first time car owner and insurance has been a huge part of what car I would end up getting, Milly did point us to another gentleman that could help us with insurance in the building but wasn’t really our cup of tea so we shopped around ourselves and got the best deal. Milly was so kind and helpful, I had the best experience with her and walked out with a car! Also thank you to the finance manager we went to i forgot his name but he was so polite and explained everything and was funny! Which is a bonus for me haha! Overall great customer service!
