My overall experience, from the initial vehicle purchases because I got 2 cars in the month of February and the promises regarding the payoff of my Subaru were unfulfilled, leading to unexpected financial burdens on my CRV hybrid purchase. A similar pattern of misrepresentation occurred with my brother's car (second car) now to a failed service attempt, has been a source of immense regret. My trust in Honda Stamford has been severely compromised. My concerns extend beyond specific offers, such as the potential vehicle buy-back, to fundamental issues of practice, lack of preparedness and integrity.
