Rubber or Carpet for Your Vehicle’s Floors?
Floor mats may not seem like one of the most important features a car can possess. However, at Honda of Stamford, we want you to know as much as possible about rubber and carpeted floor mats. Generally speaking, carpeted floor mats are preferable if you have a luxury vehicle.
They are also preferable if you have a vehicle that doesn't get dirty. However, rubber mats are generally best for those who have pets, children or others who shed or are messy in general. Rubber mats are also best for those who don't care if the mats match the color of the vehicle's interior.
This is good because rubber mats only come in black, gray and tan. While most vehicle interiors are black or tan, there is no guarantee that this will always be the case. It is also not possible to embroider a rubber mat with your name.
